PAUL MATTINGLY

Licensed Architect

Paul Mattingly is licensed architect and a recent transplant from New York City. Paul is a New Jersey native who studied architecture at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York and furniture design at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. He brings a high degree of expertise in coordinating large complex projects with a comprehensive use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and computational design. He has broad experience in various sectors; luxury residential and corporate high rise, sport arenas, large commercial retail, educational facilities, public transportation infrastructure, and cultural institutions. His portfolio includes the Richard Gilder Center for Science, Education, and Innovation at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA. He has shared his knowledge by teaching BIM methodologies to graduate and undergraduate students at Columbia University and Pratt Institute.

DANIEL PETERSON

Architectural Job Captain

Daniel Peterson, a California native from Lake Tahoe, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University in 2005. A certified Green Building Professional, Daniel has over a decade of firsthand experience working in the construction industry and is well versed in all aspects of construction, design and Building Information Modeling (BIM). As an Architectural Job Captain, he is responsible for the schematic design, design development, renderings, construction drawings, permits, and construction administration of multiple residential projects. Daniel has a Master of Architecture degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA.

MARISSA DEWEY

Interior Design Assistant

Marissa Dewey is an interior design assistant from Monterey, California. She graduated from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture. Marissa's lifelong passion for design and keen eye for color makes her an excellent addition to our team. Having grown up on the Central Coast, Marissa is excited to be home and part of Studio Carver.
